| Resumo: | The favorable effect of implant therapeutics depends upon perfect treatment planning and precisely performed surgery. Globally, it is accepted that position of implant must be driven prosthodontically. Henceforth fabrication and use of templates prior to implant placement have become involuntary. The application of acrylic resin for the template is a conventionally accepted procedure. The acknowledgement of certain pitfalls of acrylic resin has permitted other materials to characterize in the field. This article describes a technique for fabrication of radiographic template using polyvinyl siloxane material for partially edentulous condition. |
