HUBUNGAN MOTIVASI PERAWAT DENGAN PELAKSANAAN DOKUMENTASI ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN DI RUMAH SAKIT PUSRI PALEMBANG TAHUN 2019

Dokumentasi keperawatan adalah bukti pencatatan dan pelaporan yang dimiliki perawat dalam catatan perawatan yang berguna untuk kepentingan pasien, perawat dan tim kesehatan dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan dengan dasar data yang akurat dan lengkap secara tertulis sebagai tanggungjawab perawat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi perawat dengan pelaksanaan dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan di Rumah Sakit Pusri Palembang tahun 2019. Desain penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasi analitik dengen pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua perawat di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Pusri Palembang. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling yaitu pengambilan semua anggota populasi untuk dijadikan sampel, jadi sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 69 orang dengan cara wawancara dan pengisian kuesioner. Hasil analisis univariat diketahui responden dengan pelaksanaan dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan baik sebanyak 55 responden (79,7%) dan responden motivasi tinggi sebanyak 52 responden (75,4%). Hasil analisis bivariat diperoleh hasil (p value = 0,032 < α 0,05) yang berarti ada hubungan motivasi perawat dengan pelaksanaan dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan. Diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan dan sumber informasi bagi rumah sakit Pusri Palembang terkait dengan kinerja perawat, sehingga membantu pihak rumah sakit dalam menyusun satu kebijakan dalam upaya memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kinerja. Professional nursing services based on science have a methodology or nursing process approach to achieve nursing goals. As a process, the nursing process has the following steps: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing. Nurses generally do not like documentation because it is considered to complicated, diverse, and time-consuming. Motivation theory based on the hierarchy of needs put forward by Abraham Maslow states that human needs are tiered from physiological, safety, social, esteem, and selfactualization. This study aimed to find out the relationship between nurse motivation and the implementation of nursing care documentation in pusri hospital of palembang in 2019. This study used analytical observation method with cross sectional approach. The population in this study was all nurses(69 people) in in-patient room of the hospital. The number of samples was 69 taken using total sampling technique. The results of the univariate analysis showed that 55 respondents (79.7%) had good implementation of nursing care documentation and 52 respondents (75.4) had high motivation. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was a relationship between nurse motivation and the implementation of nursing care documentation with p value of 0.032<a 0.05. The results of this study are expected to be and input and source of information for the hospital related to nurse performance, this helping the hospital in formulating a policy in an effort to improve its performance.
