Se presentan 3 nuevos casos de placenta percreta con invasión a vejiga ocurridos en nuestro Servicio. Uno de ellos fue diagnosticado durante el embarazo, los otros dos casos fueron hallazgos intraoperatorios. La evolución clínica de las tres pacientes fue satisfactoria<br>We report three new cases of placenta previa percreta involving the urinary bladder ocurred in our service.
