The influence of patient-involved supervision on hand hygiene compliance and accuracy among hemodialysis nurses (患者参与监督对血透室护士手卫生依从性的影响)
(目的 探讨患者参与监督对提高血透室护士手卫生依从性和正确性的影响。方法 采用现场观察的方法, 评估血透室护士手卫生执行情况。2020年6月开始实施干预措施, 比较干预后(2020年6月-8月)与干预前(2020年3月-5月)血透室护士手卫生的执行情况。结果 血透室护士手卫生依从率从干预前的63. 02%(1525/2420)提高至92. 16%(2868/3112); 手卫生依从性的正确率从干预前的41. 90% (639/1525)提高至74. 51%(2137/2868)。结论 患者参与监督可以提高血透室护士手卫生的依从性和正确性。)...
