The quality of making decisions depends on four functions of making progress, administration, undertaking and integration. The quality of bringing the decisions into reality is closely related to the efficiency of its bringing into reality. The efficiency is measured by its function : Are there any expected results? A lot of great decisions never become realized. What is it that makes a decision realizable? There are many factors. Firstly, the decision is well carried out just if it is well defined. Every decision has four dimensions. Every time we change any of these dimensions we change the very decision. That is no more the same but a different decision. How to make right decisions?
