The destruction can extend to the pulp and require endodontic treatment. After endodontic treatment the teeth should have a </em><span style="font-family: Tribune-Italic; font-size: 9pt; color: #231f20; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal;"><em>final restoration due to the possibilities of fracture. The teeth with a few remaining tissue need a restoration such as crown with post </em><span style="font-family: Tribune-Italic; font-size: 9pt; color: #231f20; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal;"><em>and core support. Kerusakan tersebut dapat mencapai pulpa sehingga </em><span style="font-family: Tribune-Italic; font-size: 9pt; color: #231f20; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal;"><em>diperlukan perawatan endodontik.
