| Summary: | In the present work on the base of the living's transformational growth regularities it is shown that the vital activities' systems organization is the only way of body's existance. Accordingly to it, the only method of their normal and abnormal functioning can be the method of the system analysis, that is most productively described in the Theory of Cardiovascular Fitness (CF) by scientist P.K. Anokhin. The author from the СF theory's viewpoint keeps researching the physiology of the heart's life-sustaining activity, that essentially can not be solved without the CF theory; in particular: the single cardiac cycle's nervous control, neurophysiological mechanisms of the up and down regulations' insert and this organ's realistic enеrgetic balance. It is clear that myocardical ischemia's course with the different clinical types of ischemic heart desease (IHD) can happen just in the summation of the single cardiac cycle energy balance derangement, from which the whole cardiac cycle consists of. The search of all these important measures and processes no doubt will bring to the IHD new understanding and that will cardinally find its reflection to IHD diacrisis prevention and medical maintenance. |
