| 520 | |a Er wordt onderzocht of een verdere ontwikkeling van de arbeidsparticipatie in de komende tien à twintig jaar op arbeidsmarktexterne knelpunten zal stuiten, zoals verkeerscongestie, informele zorg, gezondheid of schoolbaarheid en inkomensverdeling. De analyse wijst uit dat ten aanzien van zorg, schoolbaarheid en verkeerscongestie wel problemen te voorzien zijn, maar dat er ook nog voldoende beleidsruimte is om knelpunten te voorkomen of te verzachten. Waar het gaat om ziekte, arbeidsuitval en arbeidsongeschiktheid is het urgent beleidsmatig in te grijpen in de bestaande regelingen. De komende veroudering van de beroepsbevolking noopt tot aanvullende beleid. De naoorlogse geboortegolfgeneratie zal langer aan het werk moeten blijven dan haar voorgangers. | ||
