Maatschappelijke doelstellingen, met name sociale integratie, moeten meer aandacht in het beleid krijgen. In het rapport wordt individueel welzijn van de burger gekoppeld aan zijn of haar eigen verantwoordelijkheid en daadkracht. Bovendien wordt aanbevolen dat naast het individueel welzijn ook maatschappelijke doelstellingen, zoals sociale gelijkheid, sociale integratie en sociale stabiliteit, meer aandacht krijgen. De WRR geeft diverse aanbevelingen. | ||
