On examination patient had double depressor palsy. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) revealed an occlusion of the Artery of Percheron with infarction of the thalami and part of the midbrain. <br></p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Bilateral thalamic infarction with double depressor palsy is a rare manifestation and it</p><p>should raise the suspicion of an Artery of Percheron occlusion.</p> |
