Total pharyngolaryngoesophagectomy renders patients with an alteration in both voice and ability to swallow hence carrying signifi cant post-operative morbidity. We review the literature for similar larynx-preserving operations and illustrate a novel approach to the management of this rare malignancy.</p> | ||
