A case of primary aldosteronism

<p>Primary aldosteronism, also known as Conn's Syndrome, is one of the most common causes of secondary hypertension. It is a disorder of the adrenal glands that is caused by the hypersecretion of the hormone aldosterone from the adrenal glands. </p>
