Summary:<p>Wilson's disease is a rare autosomal recessive genetic disorder of copper metabolism. Neurological and psychiatric manifestations can be a presenting manifestation of Wilson's disease. We describe a case of a 13 year old child diagnosed with Wilson's disease who presented with coprolalia (complex vocal tics). Tics can be present in Wilson's disease, but they are usually described to be simple motor tics. Vocal tics especially complex vocal tics and that too specifi cally coprolalia has not been described previously in the literature to the best of our knowledge.</p>
