Summary:<p><strong>Background</strong>: Our objective in this study is to compare the outcomes of patients with multiple myeloma (MM) over 65 years of age who had autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (AHSCT) with the outcomes of patients under 65 years of age.</p><p><strong>Method</strong>: The study population comprised 29 patients over 65 years of age and 39 patients under 65 years of age. Records on diagnosis, stage, and treatment before and after transplantation of the patients included in the study were collected. Outcomes of patients' initial transplantations were evaluated.</p>
