| Summary: | Thesis (M.Sc. in Pharm)--Chulalongkorn University, 1996 The novel bisamide alkaloid, N-[4-(1-oxo-3-phenyl-2-propenyl) aminobutyl]-3-methyl-3-pyrrolin-2-one was isolated from the leaves of Aglaia rubiginosa (Hiern) Pannell family Meliaceae. The structure was elucidated through extensive analyses of its IR, Ms, 1H, 13C NMR spectral data, especially 1-D and 2-D NMR, as well as comparison with those values of known related compounds. สามารถแยกสารบริสุทธิ์ชนิดใหม่จากใบชมพู่เสม็ด (Aglaia rubiginosa (Hiern) Pannell) คืออัลคาลอยด์ (alkaloid) ในกลุ่ม bisamide ชื่อ N-[4-(1-oxo-3-phenyl-2-propenyl)aminobutyl]-3-methyl-3-pyrrolin-2-one การพิสูจน์โครงสร้างทางเคมี ทำโดยการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางสเปกโทรสโกปี จาก IR, MS, 1H, 13C NMR โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่ง 1-D และ 2-D NMR ร่วมกับการเปรียบเทียบข้อมูลกับสารอื่นที่มีโครงสร้างทางเคมีที่สัมพันธ์กัน |
