n this digital era, everything moves dynamically. All of them hoped that change could be made quickly, but it turned out not to be true. This article discusses the impact of changing learning culture in the digital era. The problem formulation in this article is: (1) What is the impact of learning changes in the digital era?, (2) What are the constraints of cultural change in the digital era?, and (3) how are efforts to overcome these constraints?. The research uses qualitative attachment with questionnaire method. The results of this study show that the changing culture of learning in the digital era is true. This has made it difficult to keep up with cultural changes and is increasingly lazy to learn. The use of digital applications has many problems. By continuing to make adjustment efforts and willingness to continue learning will be able to adapt to the changes that occur.
