Summary:Learning is design to help student develop a growth mindset through Merdeka Curriculum. Student will realize the importance of an effort to achieve success, manage and persevere challenges, reflectively learn from their faults and criticize. The purpose of this study was to determine opportunity and challenges of student growth mindset. The methodology used in this study was literature review. Merdeka Curriculum focuses on essential competencies, materials and project-based learning activities. The challenge is how to increase competence of principals and teachers through growth mindset training. Student attribute their believes about intelligent into five factors, academic experience, observing peers, deducing logically, taking social cues, and formal learning. These aspects will affect growth mindset and improve academic performance. If teacher can create learning atmosphere that support growth mindset student, academic performance will increase.
