Summary:Job Safety Analysis (JSA) is a method of studying a job to identify hazards and potential incidents associated with each step, and is used to develop solutions that can eliminate and control hazards. The purpose of this study was to assess the risk of occupational accidents at work of employees of PT. Indo Acidatama Tbk. Pecan, Kebakkramat, Karanganyar using the Job Safety Analysis (JSA). The research method was descriptive analytic. The population of these studies are all employees of the division Electrick Maintenance, Maintenance Mechanic, General Affairs, Utility, and Environment that some 135 people. Method of determining the sample size in this study using a quota sampling with a sample size of 21 respondents. Furthermore, after each division gets a small sample, the sampling performed at each division, using simple random sampling. Data analysis starts from a risk assessment derived from estimates of the severity of the risk posed by hazards in the parts division Electrick Maintenance, Maintenance Mechanic, General Affairs, Utility, and Environment. The results of the analysis obtained does Job Safety Analysis risk assessment, including risk categories of high, medium and low. Although PT. Indo Acidatama Tbk. Kemiri, Kebakkramat, Karanganyar has conducted a risk assessment and perform risk control, there remains a work accident. This is due to the awareness of workers about the importance of safety at work is still lacking. Also the company only did the provision of K3 for supervisor training course, while workers receive training on the operation of the machine at the time into a new workforce.
