To be able to knowwhich one is right exercises done on the effect of exercise The studies jogging towards capacity VO2max Objective:This study aimed to determine the effect of jogging exercise on VO2max capacity, to determine VO2max capacity prior to exercise and to determine VO2max capacity after doing exercises Methods:This study is an experimental research by using one group pretest-posttest design with control to determine the effect of endurance training (jogging) to VO2max were conducted in February 2015 carried out 3 times a week for 4 weeks with a population of 30 people. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software using the Wilcoxon test. Results and conclusions: Based on the results of the research that the average age of majority is 18 years old and the age range between 17-18 years with a percentage of 56.7%. Based on the results of statistical tests is no significant relationship between the provision of jogging exercise on VO2max capacity in the control class is 0.003 <0.05, there is a significant relationship between the provision of jogging exercise on VO2max in class treatment capacity is 0.001 <0.05 and There are differences influence significantly between giving jogging exercise on VO2max capacity | ||
