520 |a This research was conducted at pratama tax service office in Great Solo in the circle of the central Java II of the regional office of the directorate general of tax and the title is " influence of variables of personality characteristics, motivation, and commitment upon employee attitude in the organizational change ; a case study. The objectives of the study are to analyze the influence of the variable of personality characteristics on motivation and commitment and finally to determine the implications on employee attitude in organizational change. The population for this study comprised 451 employess. The sampling method used was puposive sampling and it resulted two strata of samples namely the fourth echelon stratum of 25 respondent and the non position employee stratum of 100 respondents.
