Summary:The siwak is a plant that has a natural deposits of the antimicrobial effect against to karies and periodontal bacteria. This research aim to know the result levels of calcium and quality of organoleptic rinse, solution of the siwak by the extract addition of orange and strawberry with different concentrations.The research method using random design (RAL) experiments with two factors, namely : 1. The type of addition materials (J), J : extract addition of orange, S : extract strawberry. 2. The addition of dosage (D), D1 : 40%, D2 : 20% each treatment done 2 time repeats. The techniqueof data collection in this research is a descriptive analysis of the levels of calcium solution treatment on highest JD1 (extract of siwak concentration 50% and and extract addition of orange 40%) rinse, as big as 0,0688. Result of colour organoleptic treatment on interested JD2 (extract of the siwak 50% and extract addition of orange 20%), the odour treatment on interested generally SD2 (extract of the siwak 50% and extract addition of strawberry 20%), the taste treatment on interested generally JD2 (extract of the siwak 50% and extract addition of orange 20%), A general treatment on faondness JD2 (extract of siwak concentration 50% and extract addition of orange 20%). Analysis of differences in the levels of calcium and organoleptic test results caused by several factorss that affect the process of making mouth rinses.
