520 |a Background: One of the big challenges in the delivery of health care today is the fulfillment of people's expectations about the quality and capacity of health services. Mandiri Griya Sehat Physiotherapy Clinic is organizing health care facilities that provide individual health care basic medical services and/or specialists held more than one type of health personnel and led by a medic. Objective: To determine whether there is a relationship between Patient Satisfaction Services Physiotherapy Clinic Physiotherapy. Methods: This study used a descriptive method with cross sectional approach. Samples many as 50 people. The sampling technique using a non-probability sampling technique saturated. Furthermore tested by knowing the relationship between patient satisfaction with physiotherapy services with Chi Square test. Results: Of the Chi Square test values obtained P = 0.01 or P <0.05, so that Ho refused and Ha accepted which means it has a significant relationship between Physiotherapy Services and Patient Satisfaction. Conclusion: there is a relationship between the waiter physiotherapy on patients' satisfaction in Mandiri Griya Sehat physiotherapy clinic Salatiga.
