Summary

Background: A room that is occupied by many people with various health conditions it is likely to be exposed to the risk of infection through contact with other people. The rooms were using air conditioning and occupied by a lot of people may increase the risk of health problems that affect fitness. Objective: is to influence the use of Air Conditioner mengatehui to the health problems that affect the fitness of students. Benefits Research: To add insight and knowledgeabout the health problems caused by the use of Air Conditioner which have an impact on fitness. The Method of Research: The study is an observational study with cross sectional design. Sampling technique is simple random sampling with inclusion and exclusion criteria. To determine health problems by using questionnaires and fitness level measurement using the bleep test Results: Based on the results of statisticalanalysis in get 0,007 p value <0.05. Conclusion: There is significant relationship between the use of water conditioner with health problems affecting fitness. Keywords: Air Conditioner, Impaired Health, Fitness
