Summary: | The Curriculum is an important tool for education. The curriculum is dynamic following the era development. Furthermore, the government always examine the use of curriculum at any educational institution. The various opinions were developed with the change of curriculum showing that the teacher handle as an important role in the change of curriculum. The main determaining factor of successing curriculum is competence suitability with educator. This research aims to describe and analysis the suitability of pedagogical competence of science teacher at Muhammadiyah 4 Sambi junior high school Boyolali in supporting the implementation of 2013 curriculum. The type of research is descriptive qualitative approach and case study strategy. The data source is an observation, interview, literature, documentary. The data result has been obtained from observation and interview by using the total population to know the analysis of pedagogical competence of science teacher at Muhammadiyah 4 Sambi junior high school Boyolali. The data were analyzed using triangulation technique is to combine and generalize the results of the data in detailed and the way it is. The results shows that the fulfillment of pedagogical indicators 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8 and 9 have been mastered and the fulfillment indicators 5, 6 and 10 shows that the criteria have not been mastered. It shows that the padagogical competence of science teacher at Muhammadiyah 4 Sambi junior high school Boyolali in accordance the demand of 2013 curriculum. Based on the result of this study concluded that the pedagogical competence of science teacher at Muhammadiyah 4 Sambi junior high school Boyolali is good, while not yet mastered three pedagogic aspects because the teacher is unreadiness in managing 2013 curriculum. |
