Summary:The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) The effect of work motivation on the performance of teachers in vocational Kasatrian Solo Kartasura Sukoharjo Year 2014/2015. 2) The effect of supervision of principals on teacher performance in SMK Kasatrian Solo Kartasura Sukoharjo Year 2014/2015. 3) Effect of supervision of principals and work motivation on the teacher performance in SMK Kasatrian Solo Kartasura Sukoharjo Year 2014/2015. This study includes quantitative research whose conclusions obtained based on the statistical analysis. The population in this study are all teachers who work in vocational Kasatrian Solo Kartasura Sukoharjo Year 2014/2015 which amounted to 152 teachers, with a sample of 105 teachers obtained by simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques with methods of questionnaires and documentation. Previous questionnaire has been tested-piloted by validity and reliabelitas. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test, test R2, and the relative contribution and effective contribution. Results of regression analysis regression equation Y = 12.366 + 0,322X1 + 0,316X2 which means teacher performance is affected by motivation and supervision of the school principal. Conclusion: 1) There is an effect on the performance of teachers' work motivation. Based on test results t obtained thitung> ttabel, namely 3.693> 1.9830 (α = 5%) and a significance value <0.05, namely 0.000. 2) There is the effect of supervision of principals on teacher performance. Based on test results t obtained thitung> ttabel, namely 3.815> 1.9830 and significance value <0.05, namely 0.000. 3) There is the influence supervision of principals and work motivation on the teacher performance. This is based on test results F obtained Fhitung F> Ftabel, of 18.246> 3.09 and a significance value <0.05, namely 0.000. 4) Variable work motivation contribute effectively amounted to 12.8%, the variable supervision of the principal provides effective contribution 13.5% of the total contribution is 26.3% effective, so that it can be said that the supervision of the school principal more dominant influence teacher performance. 5) The result of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.263 indicates that the influence of motivation and supervision of principals on teacher performance is 26.3%, while 73.7% is influenced by other variables not examined.
