| Summary: | Background:Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) is one of high prevalances from other neuropathy, it is 90%. The case of CTS in community abaout 276 from 100.000 population with 9,2% womens and 6% to men prevalences. CTS is compressive neuropathy of the median nerve at carpal tunnel with typical manifestations are pain, paresthesia, numbness and muscle weakness that influence activity daily living. Method: Study case with assessment and observation during six times therapy. Aims of Research: To know physiotherapy management effect for decrease of pain, increase range of motion (ROM), improve muscle strength and activity daily living in case carpal tunnel syndrome dextra with intervention ultrasound, paraffin, stretching exercise, and resisted exercise. Result:The result of physiotherapymanagemet at carpal tunnel syndrome after six times are decrease pain at rest T1: moderate to T6: light, pain at movement T1: very severe to T6: little severe, increase active ROM T1:600-00-450 to T6= 720-00-600 and passive ROM T1: 650-00-450 to T6: 750-00-570, improve muscle strength T1: 4- to T6: 5- and increase activity daily living T1: 30 to T6: 21. Conclusion:US, paraffin, stretching exercise and resisted exercise can decrease of pain, increase range of motion (ROM), improve muscle strength and activity daily living.
