520 |a Background: HNP lumbar (lumbar spinal disc herniation) is a state where all or part of the nucleus undergo protrusion into the spinal canal, causes of lower back pain are numerous and varied ranging from muscle fatigue to malignant tumors. With the pain, then there will be muscle spasm around the vertebrae and limited motion in the lumbar spine (flexion, extension, flexion latero). Objective: To determine the benefits of Short Wave Diathermy (SWD) and Mc Kenzie in the case of Low back pain (LBP) as a result of spinal disc herniation (HNP) .in reduce pain, reduce spasms, increase range of motion (LGS) and improve functional activities. Results: A decrease pain using the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), to tenderness in T1 (5.2) to T6 (2.9). Pain motion on T1 (4.4) to T6 (2.1) .Nyeri silent on T1 (3.1) to T6 (0). Increased range of motion for gerakfleksi trunk T1 (28 cm) to T6 (36 cm). T1 trunk extension (45 cm) to T6 (45 cm). Latero left flexion T1 (46 cm) to T6 (46 cm). Right flexion T1 (47 cm) into (47 cm). Conclusion: Therapeutic exercise Mc. Kenzie Exercise can reduce pain, improve muscle strength, Improving your posture.
