Only one side of the patient's face that can smile, and besides, only one eye that can close completely. The cause of Bell's palsy is not known for certain, but some sources say that the cause of Bell's palsy is a nerve inflammation processes that control the muscles of one side of the face. There are also saying that this nerve damage is due to viral infection. Objective: To find out the benefits of Micro Wave Diathermy, Electrical Stimulatoin, Massase and Exercise to improve muscle strength and improve functional activity of facial muscles on the condition of Bell's Palsy. Results: Measurements were made using the Manual Muscle Testing (MMT) for M. orbicularis oculi muscle on the motion to close the eyes, to M. orbicularis oris of T1-T6 showed 1 (no increase), to M. Zigomaticum of T1-T6 showed 1 (no increase), for M. Corrugator Supercili of T1-T6 showed 0 (no increase), to M. frontal of T1-T6 showed 0 (no increase), for M. orbicularis oculi at T1 RESULTS 0, at T3 for enhancing the results obtained 1 and at T5-T6 an increase obtained kasil 3. From the Scale Ugo Fisch an increase in T1-T6 for movement frowned obtained a value of 0 (no increase), to get value close eye movements T1 obtained initial value 0 in T3 and T6 values obtained 9 didapkat value of 21 so the patient has increased, to the movement smile on T1-T6 obtained the value 9, to gerkan whistle on T1-T6 obtained value of 3, and at rest obtained a value of 0. Conclusion: Use of Micro Wave Diathermy modalities , Electrical Stimulation , Massage and Exercise can increase the value of MMT and UGO Fisch Scale in patients with Bell 's palsy cases . Keywords: Bell's Palsy , Micro Wave Diathermy ( MWD ) , Electrical Stimulation , Massage and Exercise.
