520 |a This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation and discipline on the performance of employees of CV Shindunata. Data collected through questionnaires and conducted on 100 employees of CV Shindunata. Analysis of the data in this study using SPSS version 17. After indent literature review and hypothesis formulation, data collected memalui questionnaire on 100 employees of CV Sindunata obtained using random sampling techniques. Then do the analysis of data obtained by using multiple regression analysis. This analysis includes: validity and reliability, the classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing via t-test and F, and analysis of contamination Detercoefficient (R2). From the analysis obtained by regression analysis: Y = 10.967 + 0,421 X1 + 0,385 X2 Where productivity variables (Y), wage (X1) andincentive (X2) were tested using the t test showed that the two independent variables significantly influence the productivity as the dependent variable. Then F test indicates that the variable wage and incentive to test the productivity variables. Figures Adjusted R square of 0.506 indicates that that 50,6 per cent of the employee's productivity can be explained variable two independent variables in the regression equation. While the remaining 49,4 percent is explained by other variables outside the two variables used in this study.
