Mobile devices such as mobile phones today are not only used as a means of communication especially android phone, but also as maps. Digital maps with the supplied Google Maps on mobile phones, users are given clues to the location he wanted to see anywhere. We make web-based monitoring child by utilizing the GPS in Android. Users able to monitor their children who are outside the home. With made this application, users can also find out details of the position and location when it is also appropriate that the display is provided Google Maps 2015. With the web-based application monitoring child by utilizing the GPS in Android is expected needs of the community, especially the parents can be met.
