Summary: | This study aims to determine the employee's performance using the Balanced Scorecard method is viewed from a financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business, and learning and growth perspective. Type used is descriptive research with the object of research in PDAM Tirta Dharma Klaten district. The data used in this study is a secondary data that financial reports and administrative data PDAM in 2011-2013 and 2011-2013 Data BPPSPAM publication. Data collection methods used in this study is the documentation and interviews. The results showed that the performance of the financial perspective PDAM "enough" is the average of 0.975. Performance PDAM customer perspective "enough" is the average of 0.883. Performance of the internal business perspective "good" is the average of 1.342. Performance of growth and learning perspective "bad" is the average of 1.570. PDAM's performance as a whole so that the average of the years 2011-2013 using the Balanced Scorecard to say "good" that is equal to 3.72. This is indicated by the value of the scorecard is generated from each perspective. The conclusions drawn from the performance of PDAM Tirta Dharma Klaten means PDAM can grow, improve cash and loan obligations and operate installations are efficient in providing an excellent service to customers and contribute to PAD District of Klaten |
