Özet

Background: Bronchitis is an infectious disease that attacks the respiratory tract bronchi, which are caused by virus and pollutants. Bronchitis often affects childern in an environment pollutants. In Indonesia the risk of contracting bronchitis is high at 1.6 millio people/year. Purpose:To implement nursing care to clients with bronchitis include, assessment, intervention, implementation, and evaluation of nursing. Results: Which apper in the case diagnosis is not effective airway clearance related to the accumulation of secretion, ineffetive breathing patterns associated with shortness of breath, nutritonal inbalance associated with weight loss. After nursing actions during 3x24 hours showed an effetive airway clearance, effective breathingpattern, the body's nutritional balance. Conclusion: Cooperation between the team and the patient and family is necessary for the success of nursing care to patient so that hygiene problems airway, breathing patterns, nutritional imbalance lack of demand can be implemented properly and some scatteredproblems can e resolved.
