| Summary: | The purpose of this study were (1) to describe library organizing at State Primary School 5 Pracimantoro. (2) to describe the implementation of library at State Primary School 5 Pracimantoro. (3) to describe the supporting and inhibiting factors in the management of the library at State Primary School 5 Pracimantoro. The research is a qualitative research, using ethnographic design. The study was conducted at State Primary School 5 Pracimantoro. Informants in this study is the Principal, Librarian, Teacher and Student. Data collection techniques using observation, interview and documentation, data analysis techniques in this study using data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Data validity test using a degree of credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. Results of the study: (1) Organizing the library at State Primary School 5 Pracimantoro implemented includes an inventory of books, cataloging books, classification of books, and library services. (2) implementation of library at State Primary School 5 Pracimantoro include library service system in the form of a period of lending and borrowing books circulation. (3) Factors supporting the management of the library at State Primary School 5 Pracimantoro is school community solid cooperation and development assistance from the government while the inhibiting is the lack of reference facilities of books and the lack of librarian professionals. |
