The issue of undernutrition is one problem of malnutrition in need of special attention. Prevention and tackling malnutrition not only improve aspects of food but also the child, availability of clean water, health and the environment. In this case the environment such as clean and healthy living behavior. The scope of low clean and healthy living behavior will cause a families easily get infected so that of health care low can lead to nutritional problems. This research intended to know the relationship between clean and healthy living behavior households and health status with an occurrence undernutrition in toddlers at Sub District Bulakan District Sukoharjo. The kind of research is observational with the cross sectional studies. Sample to be researched as much as 47 toddlers aged 24-60 months. The sample collection done by means of accidental sampling. Data adoption of clean and healthy living behavior and the status of health by filling out the questionnaire by respondents or mother toddlers, while data weight toddlers obtained when weighing in Central Integrated Health Services. This research analysis using Chi Square test. Based on the analysis, toddlers with normal nutrition as many as 55,3 % and undernutrition as much as 44.7%. clean and healthy living behavior respondents mostly belong to the Independent Healthy 46.8% and lowest in the Full Healthy category 25.5%. Category toddlers who have been ill 80.9% and never get sick 19.1% while the toddler long high pain 53,2% and lower long day of illness 7,7%. Conclusion, there was no relationship with an occurrence clean and healthy living behavior undernourished in toddlers at Sub District Bulakan District Sukoharjo. There was no relationship health status with an occurrence undernutrition in toddlers at Sub District Bulakan District Sukoharjo. Suggetion, counseling and the introduction of an indicators of clean and healthy living behavior and monitoring in the implementation of clean and healthy living behavior.
