Summary:According to the Goverment of Central Java Province's policy (PERDA No. 6 Tahun 2010 Tentang Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah Provinsi Jawa Tengah), Region and City SUBOSUKAWONOSRATEN is expected to be one of the region center of economic growth in Central Java Province. Good development can be achieved if high economic growth followed by a distribution of income or development outcomes. The purpose of this study is to determine how the factor disparities, regional share, and inflation affect economic growth in Region and City of SUBOSUKAWONOSRATEN (Surakarta, Boyolali, Sukoharjo, Karanganyar, Wonogiri, Sragen, and Klaten). The type of data used are secondary data from both time series data and cross section data (panel data), namely data from the year 2001-2013. Data sourced from the Central Bureau of Statistics. The analysis tools are shift share analysis, williamson index and also Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The study is based on the F-test statistics show that together disparities income and inflation have a significant effect on economic growth in Region and City SUBOSUKAWONOSRATEN. But, regional share has no significant effect on economic growth in Region and City SUBOSUKAWONOSRATEN. Based on the t- test statistical, disparities and inflation have a negative and significant impact on economic growth in Region and City SUBOSUKAWONOSRATEN. Regional share has no significant effect to economic growth in Region and City SUBOSUKAWONOSRATEN. Suggestions relating to the result of this research is the government of both Government of Central Java province and also Government of Region and City SUBOSUKAWONOSRATEN is expected to increase regional economic growth without increasing income inequality and improving the quality and prodoctivity of human resources and creating jobs
