520 |a Background: myalgia cervical is a cronic condition in which the muscle are strained or structural abnormalities of bone or nerve causing pain. Myalgia cervical have some symptons that no sense ot tension, the presence of pain in the neck area, the limited range or motion, and a sense of dizziness that causes a variety of problems. Given modality of Physiotherapy in this condition TENS, UltraSound, Massage and Exercise Therapy. Objective: To know the benefits of TENS modality, UltraSound, Massage , exercise therapy to reduce, improve LGS, improve functional ability. Methods: Physiotherapy methods used in the case that the TENS modality, US, Massage, exercise therapy, and evaluation and measurement methods of pain (VDS), and measuring the LGS with Goneometer. Results: After 6 treatments showed a decrease in tenderness and pain of motion that is pain of motionless T1 0 - T6 0, pain of pressure T1 4 - T6 3, pain of movement T1 5 - T6 3, improve LGS that is T1 A S 33-0-30 P S 40-0-45 A T 35-0-40 P T 40-0-45 A R 35-0-60 P R 38-0-65 - T6 A S 45-0-45 P S 42-0-50 A T 45-0-45 P T 45-0-45 A R 50-0-65 P R 55-0-68, improve functional ability that is light in weight dependence become hard dependence. Conclusions: In the case of TENS modality, US, Massage, exercise therapy can decrease motion tenderness and pain, increase LGS, improve functional ability.
