Noise at workplace oftentimes represent the separate problem to labour, generally come from machine work. But many labour which have accustomed to the noise, but nothing that grip the health trouble while noise effect to health depend on its intensity. The noise especial influence that was damages the hearing causing progressive deaf. This research purpose was to know the existence of influence between noise intensity to hear energy degradation the labour of weaving part in PT.Iskandar Indah Printing Textile Surakarta. This research method was using non experiment research design by observational analitic method. This research was using cross sectional approach. This research population was the labour of weaving part acount of 140 persons. The sampling technique used was quota sampling becaused from the company only permitting sampel counted 30 persons. Research result statistic test show that there was influence between noise intensity to part of weaving and recing labour hear energy degradation at PT Iskandar Indah Printing Textile Surakarta (ρ value < 0,05). Labour which dispersed the noise exceed NAB in right ear 46,7% experiencing of energy hear downhill and 3,3% normal in a condition and also at left ear 40% experiencing of energy hear downhill and 10% normal in a condition. Labour which dispersed the noise do not exceed NAB at right ear 26,7% normal in a condition and 23,3% experiencing of energy hear downhill. At the left ear 43,3% normal in a condition and 6,7% experiencing of energy hear downhill.
