Type research is a quantitative research, the entire population Automotive and Transportation Service company listed on the Stock Effects Indonesia in 2012-2014 which amounted to 49 companies, with sample of 15 companies. Sampling using purposive sampling, where samples are taken in accordance with the criteria determined. The analytical method used is the classical assumption consists of normality test, multicolinearity test, test and test heterokedastisitas autocorrelation is used to assess the validity of regression. other than that There are also t test, F test at significance level of 5% and the coefficient of determination. Based on the calculation results of the t test SPSS result Debt to Equity Ratio negative and not significant to Price to Book Value, Return On Assets negative and not significant to Price to Book Value, Return on Equity positive and significant impact on the Price to Book Value. While the F-test result Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Assets and Return on Equity together affect the Price to Book Value | ||
