Summary:This study aimed to describe the values of the precepts of humanity just and civilized in organizing activities in schools, the factors that make the values of the precepts of humanity just and civilized in organizing activities at school are well developed, the constraints encountered in planting values sila just and civilized humanity in organizing activities in school and extracurricular activities of Trustees response values sila just and civilized humanity in organizing activities at SMAN 1 Sine Ngawi. The research is a qualitative research. This research subject across the board and members of extracurricular activities at SMAN 1 Sine. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. Test the validity of the data used is through the triangulation of data sources and data collection techniques. Results of this study can be concluded that the values sila just and civilized humanity in organizing activities in schools on board extracurricular activities at SMAN 1 Sine implemented through activities of organizations such as Osis, PMR and Scout. Through these activities can be: 1) tighten the relationship, 2) cultivate an attitude of respect for fellow human beings, and 3) the growth of mutual respect, 4) foster cohesiveness, and, 5) high-spirited humanity. Factors that make the values please just and civilized humanity in a well-developed organizational activities: 1) members of the compact activity, 2) the support of all citizens of the school, 3) discipline of all members. Obstacles that hinder the planting of values the precepts of humanity just and civilized in organizing activities at school: 1) few members who do not discipline, 2) the difficulty in finding funds, 3) lack of understanding of the value investment precepts of humanity and fair civilized. Feedback Pembina extracurricular activities on the values of the precepts of humanity in organizing activities at school are very positive.
