Summary:This study aims to determine the process of interpersonal communication in cyberspace, online communication that uses medium Blackberry smartphone using BBM group features in it to make buying and selling online. This research was conducted in the online shop BBM Groups Gallery Vintage. The research method was conducted using qualitative descriptive study with data collection techniques such as observation and interviews. Based on the research method, observation and interview methods, obtained results for interpersonal communication process is not much different from a direct interaction. Online communication can be done anywhere and anytime. Factors affecting this communication is active communicators, media / channel that is a group of fuel, consumer feedback. While inhibiting factor is the belief buyers, signal interference.
