The purpose of this research is to describe the planning, implementation and assessment integrated science learning in state of Yunior High Shcool 2 Ngawi. This observation approach fenomenology qualitative, the data collection techniques of observation, interview, documentation and triangulation, the data analisys techniques of collection, data presentation, reducing data and drawing in conclution. Results of research gained planning of learning integrated science comprised prepare learning sets of equipment by the teacher in the fist year of education that's based on education calendar and school actifity. The indicator in the planning of learning at Adiwiyata school, in the indicator RPP document is not monolithic but it's integrated among the subjects. The actifity of learning is based on the plan in variety of learning models and forced to the giving of characteristic valuae from the enviroment symphatizer. Marking used the autentic assessment according to curriculum 2013 with many kinds of technical marking.
