Samenvatting:This study entitled "Pengaruh Capital Adequacy, Effectiveness Of Depositors Funds, Financing Risk, dan BOPO Terhadap Profit Distribution Management Pada Bank Umum Syariah Di Indonesia Periode 2011-2014". The purpose is to analyze the factors that influence Profit Distribution Management (PDM). Factors trought to influence the Profit distribution Management (PDM) is Capital Adequacy, Effectiveness of Depositors Funds, Financing Risk, and BOPO. The Population in this study are listed Islamic Banks in Bank Indonesia is 11 Sharia Bank. The sample is determined by purposive sampling method to obtain 3 Islamic Bank with the amount of reseacrh data 37 financial statement. Data analysis tools in this study using classical assumption test, multiple linier regresion, t test, F, and the coefficient of determination (R2) Research prove that in partial devied BOPO significant negative effect on the PDM is evidenced by level of significance of these variables is less than 0,05. While variable CA, EDF, FR did not affect the PDM because of the significant level of more than 0,05. While simultaneously variable Capital Adequacy, Effectiveness of Depositors Funds, Financing Risk, and BOPO together affect PDM. The value of adjusted R2 of 69,7% while the remaining 30,3% is explained by other variables outside the research model.
