520 |a The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation to employee performance and job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research uses primary data with random sampling method with the population of all employees of PT. Kusuma Mulia Plasindo Infitex Klaten with the sample used 100 respondents. The collection of data by spreading the questionnaire directly to the respondents. Analysis of the data used in this study include: regression test, t-test, F, determinant coefficient test, normality test and Analysis track. The results were obtained as follows: the results of the t test compensation to employee performance with compensation of 2.157 t count greater than 1.987 and significant compensation for 0.033 which means a significant influence on employee performance. The t-test second equation shows the grades were t compensation for 0.443 less 1.987 with significant 0.666 which means that the compensation has no direct influence on employee performance but can be influenced directly by their job satisfaction as an intervening variable with t for job satisfaction for 4.272 is greater than 1.987 and 0.000 which means significant job satisfaction berpengarus significant to the performance of employees.
