Summary:Background: Bronchitis is one of the top conditions that encourage patients to seek medical care. It is characterized by inflammation of the bronchial tract (or bronchi), air duct that runs from the trachea into the small airways and alveoli. Bronchitis there are two kinds according to the terminology of disease duration dwell in the patient's body is acute bronchitis and chronic bronchitis. Acute bronchitis is an inflammation of the bronchioles which is characterized by shortness of breath, wheezing, and lung hyperinflation Objective: to know the management of physiotherapy and benefits in cases of acute bronchitis with infra red and chest therapy in expectoration / sputum, reduce shortness of breath, in patients with acute bronchitis. Results: after the action of therapy for 6 times showed the following results, namely, the location of the sputum and respiratory T1: Spuntum located in the apical segment of the right lobe and left. Bronchial breathing pattern is accompanied by subtle ronkhi (crackles) becomes Q6: Spuntum located in the trachea. Vesicular breathing pattern is accompanied by subtle ronkhi (crackles) began to disappear to the field of pulmonary bergerser towards the trachea.
