The Faculty of Education, University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta. January, 2016. The purpose of this study was to determine include: 1) The effect of frequency of learning on learning outcomes of upper grade students at SDN Kedungwaduk 1 Sragen in the academic year 2015/2016, 2) Effect of learning facilities for students' learning outcomes upscale SDN Kedungwaduk 1 Sragen in lessons 2015/2016, 3) Effect of frequency and learning facilities for student learning outcomes upscale SDN Kedungwaduk 1 Sragen in the academic year 2015/2016. This type of research is based on a quantitative approach to this type of research Ex-Post Facto. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, t test, and test f. Based on the analysis of data: 1) equation regression coefficients obtained Y = 24,345+ 0,441X1 + 0,459 X2. 2) Test Results Frequency Learning thitung t (5.431)> t table (2.018), frequency of learning positive effect on student learning outcomes. 3) learning facilities positive effect on student learning outcomes, it is based on the results of the t test t count (5.027)> t table (2.018). 4) The test results f significance value 0.000 <0.05, mean frequency of learning and teaching facilities together positive effect on student learning outcomes upscale SDN Kedungwaduk 1 Sragen the school year 2015/2016.
