This study aims to determine the effect of Good Corporate Governance consisting of Institutional Ownership, Independent Commissioner, the Committee on Financial Performance of the companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2011-2013. The sample in this study is 23 companies from a population of 70 companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2011- 2013. Data of these financial statements can be obtained from www.idx.co.id and ICMD (Indonesian Capital Market Directory) method of analysis used is multiple linear regression using SPSS. The results showed that institutional ownership but no significant effect on the financial performance at the 5% significance level. Independent commissioner effect on financial performance. While the audit committee but no significant effect on the financial performance. Test results F is known that the simultaneous implementation of GCG has an influence on the financial performance of the company.
