February, 2016. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of learning motivation on academic achievement, scholl environment on academic achievement, motivation to learn and the school environment on student achievement Elementary School 2 Gembong Pati. This research is quantitative research with a conclusion drawn by statistical analysis. The total population of the study are 69 students which are the students of high grade (IV, V, VI) of SDN 2 Gembong Pati. The total samples of this research are 36 student taken from half of population. The techniques of collecting data use questionnaires and documentation. Data are analyze by using multiple linier regression analysis, t test, F test, the coefficient of determination, SR and SE which preceded by analysis prerequisite test, that is a test of normality and linearity test. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis are obtained the equation: Y= 50,644 + 0,232 X1 + 0,281 X2. Results of the data analysis significance level 0,05 include: (1) learning motivation influence on learning achievement. It is based on t test known that tcount > ttable, namely 2,299 > 2,032 and the significance value < 0,05 is 0,028 with th relative contribution of 47,5% and effective contribution of 26,4%. (2) The school environment influence on learning achievement. Acording to t test shows that tcount > ttable, namely 2,492 > 2,032 and the significance value < 0,05 is 0,18 with a relative contribution of 52,3% and 29,1% effective contribution. (3) Learning motivation and school environments affect the learning achievement. This is based on F test known that Fcount > Ftable is 20,621 > 3,23 and a significance value < 0,05 is 0.000.
