Summary: | Siti Musrikah. Q100140015. Artistic Supervision Management Principal at SD Negeri 1 Selojari Klambu Grobogan. Tesis Graduate Program Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta, 2016. This study aimed 1) to describe the artistic supervision of the preparation, 2) implementation supervision and 3) feedback artistic artistic supervision in SD Negeri 1 Selojari Klambu Grobogan. 4) to describe and analyze the obstacles faced in the implementation of the artistic supervision. The technique used by classroom visits to observe learning in SD Negeri 1 Selojari Klambu Grbogoan. Methodh research is: 1)This type of qualitative research is often called naturalistic research methods for research conducted on natural conditions.2) Research location in SD Negeri 1 Selojari Klambu Grobogan 3) The collection of data carried out by means of in-depth interviews, observations, and use documents. 4) The data obtained in this study are essentially intangible words, sentences or paragraphs, and is expressed in the form of a narrative that is both a description of real events that happened and experienced by the subject. 5) The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis. Data were analyzed by step data reduction, data presentation, and draw conclusions .6) validity test of the data with the credibility test, transferability, dependability, and confirmability test. This research found that: 1) The study found that the artistic supervision of preparatory activities in SD Negeri 1 Selojari Klambu Grobogan of making instrument/artistic supervision format used to observe teachers in the classroom learning process. Format field notes to record what is seen during the implementation of learning. Instruments developed systematically as well later as a form of accountability reports.2) Implementation of the artistic supervision by the principal at SDN 1 Selojari Grobogan through classroom visits. Besides supervising also observed spatial learning classes and class administration. This is done by the principal on a regular basis with the purpose of monitoring or continuous monitoring as the basis for career development. 3) Event feedback artistic supervision in SD Negeri 1 Selojari Klambu Grobogan implemented in the principal's office. The principal's role as a supervisor give some motivation for teachers to express opinions reflect on the learning undertaken, be able to create a humanist relationship, harmony and understanding the characteristics of teachers who are supervised. 4) Implementation of the artistic supervision of the school principal at SDN 1 Selojari Grobogan Klambu obstacles which are limitation of video recording device, the ability of the principal is still minimal, and the time spent in the implementation of supervision. |
