| Summary: | This aim of this research is (1) the efficiency of local taxes and local retribution at Surakarta city, (2) the effectiveness of local taxes and local retribution at Surakarta city, and (3) the contribution of local taxes and local retribution against original regional income at Surakarta city through 2009-2014. This research used descriptive quantitative method. Data collection technique come through documentation.The data analysis used in this research are the analysis of efficiency, effectiveness analysis, contribution analysis,and the paired and independent t-test analysis. The results of this research are: (1) The efficiency rate for local tax and retribution during 2009-2014 in the category were very efficient. (2) The level of effectiveness of local tax for 6 years at the level of very effective. (3) The effectiveness of local retribution for 6 years at an effective level.(4) The contribution of local tax againt original regional income Surakarta city for 6 years very contribute. (5) The contributions of local retribution againt original regional income Surakarta city for 6 years being contributed.(6) An analysis of paired and independent t-test for the efficiency, effectiveness, and contribution for local tax and retribution showed no difference on average. |
