Riassunto

The purpose of this study is to analyze and to provide empirical evidene about the accountability, public participation, transparency of public policy, and knowledge of the budget on financial oversight area. The population in this research are members of the concil who work in the DPRD Karanganyar. The study sample is 45 legislators of Karanganyar from all commission participated in the survey. The research data was obtained from questionnaires. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, where accountability, public participation, transparency of public and knowledge of the budget as independent variable while financial oversight area as dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that the accountability, public participation, transparency of public policy, and knowledge of the budget have significant effect on financial oversight area..
